Q. Are flights included as part of the payment package?

A. While the residency is an all-inclusive experience, flights are not included in the price and we request participants book their own.

Q. What is included in the price?

A. Once guests have arrived at the airport, transportation will greet them and bring them to the hotel. From that point until the last day, all activities, location visits, hotels, accommodation and meals will be provided. Should there be any additional requirements, personal shopping needs or desire to purchase souvenirs, these will be at the expense of the individual.

Q. Do you cater to dietary requirements?

A. We are more than happy to cater for guests with dietary requirements and allergies, however, these need to be communicated to us ahead of time, in order for us to prepare.

Q. Are artist residencies open to people with reduced mobility?

A. We are committed to offering residencies that are accessible, and therefore will schedule a one-to-one meeting ahead of time, to discuss guests’ needs and ways in which we may provide support.
